He completed his Certificate in Legal Practice in 2022 and commenced his pupillage at Lee & Poh Partnership under the guidance and tutelage of Ms. Spring Poh. During his time with the firm, he is primarily involved in corporate and commercial matters. He has experience in handling non-contentious corporate exercises, including mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraising exercises (including both private and public equity financings), corporate restructuring, and general commercial work.

Before joining the firm, Le Yu gained practical experience and exposure in conveyancing areas by participating in internships at various well-known law firms located in both the Klang Valley and Sungai Petani.

Beyond the legal sphere, Le Yu immerses himself in a wide array of sports, finding exhilaration and relaxation in activities such as badminton, basketball and golf. These pursuits serve as not only a physical outlet but also as contributors to his competitive spirit and ability to work collaboratively in team – an attribute that seamless resonates with his professional approach.
